Newlywed Marie asked her husband Holger Nielsen, who was a skilled craftsman, to create a bin for her hairdressing salon. Holger wanted to impress his wife, and used all his talent to create a functional and beautiful pedal bin for her. The bin, which he named Vipp, was never intended to be sold, but some of Marie s customers were so impressed with the bin that they ordered it for their husbands' medical and dental clinics. This was how the Vipp Bin saw the light of day. The 2011 Limited Edition from Vipp is here. Entitled Vipp Rising Red this collection reaches for new horizons with a boost of fresh energy and happiness in a lively tone of red and orange. Vipp Limited Edition is a yearly event.
